What is worse
Running from a man who is shooting at you?
-OR-
Running across a minefield?
keep in mind that:
The man's firearm skill is not known.
Minefields are not meant to kill, but rather to maim.
whoever answers has to post one also...

Dec 30, 2005 04:27 pm Running across a mine field is worse
Finding out the world will explode in a year.
Or find out the day it explodes?

Dec 30, 2005 06:11 pm Well I was shot at while hunting a few years ago and it didn't really bother me... so the mine field would be worse :)
I would hate to find out the day it explodes...
Dec 30, 2005 06:23 pm you gotta post the next one:P
IMO it's better to find out the day it explodes, cuz when a year in advance, the world will turn in to hell, with all the people in panic, screaming, and stuff...
Dec 31, 2005 11:06 am Running from the bullets would be better because, if you made an escape you would think that you dodged really well, but missing the mines would be down to luck. Here's one,If you were the only person to travel back in time to when Hitler was a baby, would you kill him ? Yes or no?

Riding a fader for hours of bad takes .

Over-compressing hours of good takes .

Jan 03, 2006 01:55 pm Riding a fader if you mean bad takes by bad dynamics cuz you still end up with sometin semi-good at the end. If you were to over compress a good takes, the client might be pissed at you.
Heres another one...
Accidently deleting a perfect take that you record alone, or deleting a perfect take that a client records at your studio...?

Jan 03, 2006 02:07 pm deleting client's work is way worse, then you've got two people totally ticked at you
here's another:
Having money but not finding the perfect item you want (been wanting),
or
not having the money and seeing the perfect item all over town.
Jan 03, 2006 05:51 pm the worst would be having money but not finding the perfect item you want; the product of the situation would be despair (if you let things of this sort get to you that badly). If the perfect item was all around and you didn't have the money, then you have motivation to go out and work for what you want (unless you were a pansy and just cried about it).

Jan 03, 2006 06:52 pm Ohhhhh... almost had the flow back .
Actually, I meant 'bad', as in 'completely unusable'... a no-win situation .
I had an engineer miss a 'perfect take' for me once, and yeah at 30$/hr. it does SEEM worse . Luckily,(very) I nailed it a second time as well . : )
How 'bout:
Having physical proof of a government conspiracy, and not being able to use it 'cause, they'll lock you in a room, and throw away the room .
OR
Having circumstantial proof of the same government conspiracy, and not being able to use it 'cause everyone dismisses your accusations, and labels you insane .
Jan 07, 2006 06:26 am Having physical proof is worse, because you cant plead insanity.Heres one, being insane and trying to prove you're not? or being sane and trying to prove you're not?
Jan 07, 2006 11:26 pm Catching your spouse cheating on you.
OR
Getting caught cheating on your spouse?
Dying in the middle of a great perfomance.
OR
Having a lifetime of really bad performances?
Being rich for a day, but you cant keep anything you buy.
OR
Being poor your entire life?
And I'd much rather be running from a man shooting at me, than run through a minefield. Id be far more afraid of being horribly, painfully maimed and burned than being shot.
