Contacting HRC

Before contacting HRC, please be aware of the following.

• Any requests for product reviews should be directed to Dan Ball (dB Masters).
• Any inquiries from publications or web sites regarding featuring HRC or using any of our content or branding should be sent to Dan Ball (dB Masters).
• For requests of link exchanges in our links directory you can either contact flame, or you can register as a site member and add it yourself. Doing so will also allow you to keep it updated yourself.
• For any inquiries regarding our FAQ or glossary sections, you can contact flame.
• For any other general request, comment, compliment or complaint, contact any party that you see as appropriate for the nature of your request. Please, DO NOT contact all staff members, we do speak and we will know.

We encourage people to contact us, and love to hear from you, but through the proper channels, for the proper reasons. These contacts are for advertisers, product manufacturers and general contact regarding HRC.

Note: Be aware that HRC staff does not accept requests for assistance with your home studio questions via email...seriously...I really mean it...you will not get your questions answered here, honestly. The message forum does require a free membership registration, however, questions are generally answered there a lot quicker than any email inquiry. We only do this because of the mass of emails the site admins get on any given day, and the reason we put the forum up in the first place is to give everyone a place to ask and answer questions for all to learn from.
