It sounds like A Fistfull of Dynamite with I believe James Coburn as the bad guy in the stage coach. I believe the Firecracker character was named that for his excesive use of dynamite.

Sounds like a weird flick. Being young myself, I just saw Road Warrior for the first time today. I thought it was a pretty sweet movie. I don't know if anyone else has seen it...

Goldenmean, I am a huge Road warrior fan. I liked them all even though the third one was a bit over the edge. But still it was done so it was somewhat a possible reality in the future. Seeing how the oil crisis has been with us for a long time now. But the care, that souped up AMX was the best part of the flick. Kicking in the blower to get that extra boost ta catch the bad guys.

If you get the chance to see them all in a row it is kind of a kool story.

forty, if you get the chance you will have to check Fistfull out. Its not a bad movie for when and how it was done.

Oh hells yeah Noize. I didn't know there was more than one lol. The one I saw was when Mel Gibson drives the tanker at the end and then finds out that there was only sand in it. I'm guessing that was the last one because the voice over said that he was never seen again. I'll have to go rent the other ones if they are as good as the one I saw.

That's my favourite Spaghetti Western. James Coburn, and Rod Steiger. James Coburn's character is an Irish terrorist called Sean, and Rod Steiger is the Mexican bandito called Juan. Every time one of them comes on the screen, the (possibly Ennio Morricone) music goes; "Sean, Sean....Sean, Sean..." or "Juan, Juan.....Juan, Juan...."
Rod Steiger keeps saying, "O....Kay...." Magic film...

"Duck you sucker..."

Goldenmean, ya my bad. I should have known. The first one is just called Mad Max. The one you saw is the second. And in the third he is the long lost heroe that is only known as legand by then.

The list is like this.

1: Mad Max
2: The Road Warrior: Mad Max 2
3: Mad Max Beyound Thunderdome

The original one is hard to find with the original Ausie dialogue. But it really takes away from the movie with the american dubbed version.

The last 2 were done when Mel started trying to loose his Ausie accent. Not bad, but furely better then the dubbed version of the original. But indeed if you liked the Road Warrior you will definately like Mad Max. Thunderdome I think was a little much, but hey Tina Turner plays the evil emipress in it so it was really kinda cool back then. That was the movie that the tune, We dont need another Heroe came from. So that gives you an idea of the feel of the flick.

Ohhh thanks Noize. Everyone I know at some point or another always talks about loving "Mad Max" and I just thought it sounded like a crappy movie so I never looked into it, but looks like I'll check out the other ones.
