About Luxid
I was born in Croatia 25 years ago. At the moment I live in Italy and study civil engineering (not much to do with music,lol).
I'm still slowly trying to get all the things I need to start a basic home recording studio, and actually I'm pretty ignorant about that. I've played in a band and the guitarist was the one who cared about the recording, using his equipment. I've tryed to follow what he used to do, but haven't got much out of it. But at least I've seen what his equipment looked like. What I own is a PC which is not much different form his one, maybe even better for some reasons (exept for the soundcard).

-Processor: AMD Athlon XP-A, 1833MHz (11x167) 2500+
-RAM: 512MB
-HD: 60GB
-Soundcard: Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS Platinum Pro
-Operating system: Windows XP home edition
The rest of my equipment is:
-Roland D-50 synthesizer
-Shure SM 58 microphone
-MicroKorg synthesizer
-And old Elgam keyboard
-An acoustic guitar
The software I'd like to use is Cubase SX 2 or 3, Reason, Har Bal...And I'm trying to buy an 8 channel mixer.
As you can see I actually need to get started.
