mustbenu, my friend is all about that type of stuff. I'll ask him for you. Only thing is it's like 9:35 am right now and he doesn't wake up until like 4 pm. I'll get back to you today though probably if not by tomorrow. But I can tell you the Korg MicroKONTROL MIDI Controller is not the way to go. I remember talking to him about it because I was interested since I record some rap over at my place for some locals thought it'd be good to have for the price. However he said he had one once and it was the worst piece of equipment he owned. Keep checking back though I'll do my best to get some info for you.

if all you want is controller, meaning it doesn't have any sounds in it, just to control the sounds in Reason, then something like the M-Audio Radium 49 works well for me. If you want more sounds and stuff, then the Triton is pretty nice, so I'm told, but alot of those sounds have been in use for a while, it might end up sounding played out. Well maybe not...

What are you looking for out of the keyboard. What all do you want it to do.

The M-Audio Radium49 is a good choice.

mustbenu, man, I don't have instant messenger, but you can email me, no problem. I'm still working off of Reason 2.5, and I was coasting with the sounds that came with Reason, but after a minute I hooked up some more drum samples to work with so I could have more variety. But some of the other sounds are pretty good, and you can do alot. But eventually you may want some more sounds to mess with. You can get refills and or start bringing in samples to twerk with.

I'm not familiar with the ozonic, but the Radium 49 has 4 octaves worth of keys and 8 sliders and knobs. The ozone (which is probably different but similar to the ozonic) only has 1 octave of keys and 8 knobs. Basically it's just bigger. I think the ozone has some extra functionality too, but I don't recall what it is.

so, the rad 49 will plug into your computer via USB, so you don't need the midi connect of the audiophile. I'd go with the 44 personally, but the audiophile would work just fine too.

you will have to get something like the m audio midisport which is a midi to usb interface.
