This was something I ran acrossed. I dont have the time, money, or patience to undertake such a project.

I did, however, once build a lego airport. but, then again, that came with instructions.

that just made me realize something.....churches are one of the few buildings were acoustics are taken into consideration durring the building process. is there a market of 'pre-owned' churches??

sounds like it'd be a good place to have a studio when it outgrows the house...not to mention, the cool 'vibe' effect for the musicians!

things that make you go hmmm

Clutch Cargo's, north of detroit used to be a church. I saw monster magnet there, what a trip. all the pews are gone, no chairs, just the stage and three bars on the three other walls. great show.

there was a baptist church, with house, on 80 acres for sale up here in northern mich a few years ago. we contemplated buying it, and turning the church into a venue of sorts. didn't work out though.

I'm thinking about asking a local church if I can record some acoustic there. Get in good with the church-runners, and it should be simple. i got my old PA mixer from them =). They also have a baby grand, hmmmmmmm.

Ill just stick to adding reverb... I have a nice program which recreates the church effect quite nicely.
