MAGIX IN COMPARISON

magix in comparison to other music making programms. what do u think? cakewalk? musicmaker blablablaaaaah?!whats the best whats the cheapest and in comparion to that, is magix that good is it not? jus lemme know thx

Well, there are a couple people here that use Magix with good success. I have never used it personally, but it would seem their audio engine is not nearly as finely tuned as the bigger names...and likely the driver support and latency isn't as good, as with the higher end programs that's typically what you are paying for, sound quality and high performance.

A VERY good program, but still in a decent price is MultitrackStudio. www.multitrackstudio.com check it out if you are looking to up your ante.

I wouldn't say that magix is a bad program but the version I have didn't work out for me. It was so graphics intensive that my computer had a hard time with the music and my computer is a pretty good unit. I have had much more success with cakewalks guitar tracks pro 3. I imagine that the Multitrack Studio That dB suggested or any of the cakewalk products would do you just right.
