Are solid people...First off the only application I didn't transfer was HarBal from my old machine...So I emailed them and they hooked me up so I can reinstall/unlock it...THEN I was having hangups with my software...So just as a resource I let them know about it and they were prompt with replies and info...I assume they must be done for the day because I haven't heard back but thats ok...I figured out my problem which I felt WASN'T in the software it was some setting I had...Which I told them, that's I thought it was...I didn't go at em like "What **** is wrong people??"...I figured it was me...but they were helpful!!!
Just wanted to let potential buyers know they are solid...Recommended...

Feb 23, 2005 08:20 pm I will second what Jason said. I had issues elated to my own stupidity and carelessness. They were all over it, and got me goin' in no time.
Here's to Har-Bal and their support!

Feb 24, 2005 07:21 am I also found em quick, helpful and makers of a bloody good app!!!
I tell ye..this is shareware and lets no loose sight of it. This service I got here was MORE PRO than the companies who make a living out of this type of thing so, I tell ye this, long live the shareware.
Kinda like the indie movement for software!! Glorious...
Good stuff to the team at HarBal..

It's a great app from great peeps, as many here obviously will attest to. Also note many of these people, myself included, started as serious skeptics ;-)
