How to get songs from 4-track to blank media (CD or computer)

Hi all. I got my Boss BR-532 and Mixer, and I'm very pleased. I've been playing around with it all week, and recorded a short (30 secs or so) acoustic tune that I want to put on a CD.

My question is, how do I go about doing so? The recorder uses "SmartMedia" cards, and I bought a smart media card reader that plugs into my computer via USB. I just tried to get the song off the card, but it wasn't there - just a bunch of .BKO files (which I don't know about).

Is there any way to get my song to the computer? Is it possible to run RCA cables into some type of input adapter for my computer?

Yes, that's what I would do, anyway... run ir from the RCA main outs with a cable that has the appropriate inputs for your soundcard, on the other end . You didn't list what type of soundcard you have, so... ?

youd need some nasty adapting, but you could do it, but only as a stereo mix, not individual track unless you REALLY want to get your hands dirty.

.BKO must be the Boss proprietary file type, perhaps at their web site they have some sort of convertor, or, perhaps the unit has an option to store as wavs or something?

According to the Roland web site, the Boss BR-532 comes with "FREE .wav converting software for transferring BR-532 tracks and loops to PC."

You can download it here:
