which i NEVER do

i got a programme called 'beat slicer' today, and its absolutely brilliant, especially if you use fruityloops. basically, the main feature of it is as follows:

1) drag a drum loop into the programme, in prettymuch any format you like
2) beatslicer chops the loop up automatically into single hits, all on its own, no prompting, so you can move the single beats about and make a new loop. its amazing! what a genius idea.

this has helped no end in my little side project - im making a colection of old sounding drum hits, using old loops, so i can use old sounding drums in my stuff, but without losing my options for programming them. this piece of software has made this project a million times easier.
