Good luck with your Canucks Beerhunter.

My Stars have failed me this year. Man what a horrible season. Too many key injuries and a lackluster performance at goaltending for the first half of the season did them in. That and a less than stellar D-core (especially with Zubov out the entire season).

Well I must say I am excited about the Pittsburgh vs Philadelphia matchup. That should be a good one between two good teams that hate each other.

I guess I will have to pull for Pittsburgh or Washington this year. Or any team other than Detroit. They're just too good for me to like. And they've beaten Dallas too many times over the years.

The way they started out after aquiring Sundin was pretty pathetic. I am happy to see them on a hot streak entering the playoffs. I have learnt after so many years of dissapointment, not to get to optimistic - lol

Well they ought to beat St. Louis I would think. Although St. Louis has been on a bit of a hot streak too. I think they are broadcasting Game 1 tonight so I might tune in to watch some of it. I probably won't watch it all as it is a later start.

I think the hardest part of watching any hockey game, is following the puck past the first six beers. 8 p

I'm glad to see the Blackhawks in the mix... bummer for the Predators, though.

Yell at the referees when they call your team for a penalty. Bang on the glass when two players get into a scuffle in front of you. Curse at the other teams best players (especially their goaltender). And I think it helps if you speak with a Canadian accent and say "eh" a lot.

I'm going to game 2 in Detroit on Saturday. 2 rows from the glass in the corner. Look for me there. I'll be the one with the Lidstrom sweater on with a huge over priced beer in my hand ... Oh wait.... yeah, I'll be one of those guys.
GO WINGS!!
