Like it. What effects did you use on the vocals?

Had him sing it twice and verbed one. Pulled the verbed a little behind the non verbed. Compression of course.

Sorry for being late to the party. Damn I hate being this busy.

Had a nice listen, pretty cool for sure. I loved the wah wah part. I'm kind of partial to a wah myself. And the Stevie Ray sounding guitar right after it reminded me of his early sound.

Anyway, pretty heavy for sure. Sounds very good really. I liked the drums, you always seem to get a real nice clean sounding kit on your tracks.

Did you play bass on this one?

Snicker snicker. We cheat on the kit. Our keyboard player has a real flare for pounding on keys. The neatest thing is that he can do one 'voice' at a time, so I get fully segregated 'skins' to work with in the mix. And yes for applause or boo's; I must admit I did the bass. I too applaud Mike for doing part of the solo with a clean fiddle. I love the space it makes for the deep bottom rythum and the way it floats over the piece. It still needs work. I am to that point where I am braindead when I bring it up. It translates poorly into sixteen bit and it just doesn't come alive until the volume is at blastisimo. I've got another studio tech puttsin with some of that as I am just burnt out with it. We all admit it sounds pretty good and may be worth puttsin with.

Applause for sure. The bass sounds good in it. As for the drums, well you know me. I haven't used a live kit on my own stuff for awhile now.

Decent band, Walt. You should laminate yourself and slip the card through the cracks of society.

Ahhhh geee tanks guys ( poop I can't find an embarassed looking smiley face). I'm not sure what this band wants to do. I hear a lot of chatter about "making it big" (with these guys that could mean looking at playboy magizines) but when it comes down to it, one likes to babble a lot on myspace, another has an extreamly narrow set of things he will do, and another is still looking for a place to put his kit so he might practice someday. For me, it is a way to thump on the bass a little and have some fun. Oh yea, record a little too. Musical or maybe business propensities aside, they are a great group of folks and a lot of fun to work with.
