premature refrain now up @ my profile here. tried using plugins, making drums more natural, and making vocal stand out more. may have overdone it on that tip. anywho, critiques? please?

peace.

i think vocals are overpowering the rest of the instruments, loudness wise, i would turn them down a bit, and maybe use some reverb (lightly) to take them back from being so far up front compared to the drums and guitar. Drums sound decent, as does the guitar.

Also, just as a side note, some of your vocals were kinda pitchy at times.

Yep, I think a little reverb on the vocals will help a great deal. The drums are fine as is, but I would think about even a touch of reverb on the guitar part as well.

On the player here it looks as though you have room to bring the guitar and drum up a little level wise to help settle the vocal back as well as using the reverb on it. I would suggest a small room type reverb mixed in very slight. Just enough to settle the vocal back a bit.

Cool tune otherwise.

thanks very much noize2u. was trying to make vocal as upfront as possible, but turned drums and guitar down too much in process. i will play w/reverb as you suggested and hopefully have a revised piece up w/in the week, but you know how that goes.

peace.
