AKG Headphone vs Delta44 out

I need some help here. My Akg headphone is only playing the left when I plug it directly into my delta44's out. I tried o put the delta out connected to a channel in my mixer and it worked fine. The headphones work great anywhere else but into the delta's out.

I must figure that out, this is really compromising my work here. Help!

simple, the Delta 44 outs are mono, so only one side is getting a signal.

Yep, just to add to what dB said, you need to run the outputs (you get 2 stereo pairs) of your delta-44 into your mixing desk (either via 2 stereo channels or 4 mono channels with hard panning) - you can then take the headphone out of the mixing desk and you are away.
