Jan 16, 2003 10:55 am hey, come on now, play nice, jues, actually, I readit a while ago and found it quite interesting...think about it. My "silence" is actually quite noisy downtown...but not at home...kinda cool idea.

its interesting the possibilities you can have just recording nothing...i did four tracks of silence overlaid with a little reverb and some bouncy delay, touched it up in wavelab and addded a sample at the end!
not quite what they were thinking...but theres only one track there at the minute...

Jan 24, 2003 06:37 am very cool... i think i'll take my mixer, a couple mics, and my MD (digital portable 2-tracker) downtown Hagerstown early some cold morning and capture the whisper of the cars putting by at like 3 AM. it's such an eerie sound... the "silence".
