Wow, what a great performance. Gretchen Wilson should drop her country roots and sing rock!

May 25, 2007 12:21 pm I was surprised just how much she sounded like Ann Wilson, she did an exceptionally good job with Barracuda.
Keen also did a good job.
May 25, 2007 12:25 pm Gretchen Wilson does rock, I've seen her on CMT a couple times...lotsa rock in that redneck.

May 25, 2007 10:36 pm Hell ya she rocks. I have to come clean here, being a country hater and all Gretchen Wilson is a killer rocker for sure. Having seen the first version of that song before Nancy joined Heart with her sister and having seen Anne sing that live way to many times I have to say Gretchen could not have been a more spot on. I only got to catch a tiny bit of the show but it was at least a smidgen of that performance and I'm glad I did. I hope they repeat the show, which I'm sure they will.
But indeed they could have done like some bands may have and twisted the hell out of it, but they did not. And they did a great job.
And oh ya, Nancy Wilson is still hot. Nancy and Anne were two of the hottest chicks in rock at one time.
