Should i be using the master track in sonar to do some mastering things to it. such as compression? I just got harbal and plan to use that for mastering as well, but i don't think harbal has a compressor. Ive never used a compressor or anything else on a master track, should i be?
what should i use harbal for?

The only time I add a compressor or anything to the master buss is if I use say an overall reverb or compressor or finalizer. Otherwise it is mainly for the master level for the stereo mixdown.

Any of the WAVES bundles would be sweet if y'a got the scratch... deffinately a good investment .

I've heard good things about T-Racks as well .
