Line6 UX into Krystal problem

Hope you guys can help me out on this.
Been running the UX2 into Krystal with no problems.
Today i was sending tracks into the line inputs one at a time.
Loaded 3 tracks, all 3 lined up perfect, played back in time.
Go for the fourth track and when Krystal plays back the 4th track recording starts WAY later than it should.
The original 3 are still in time, but the 4th on is way off.
So i repeat the 4th track, same result, not even close to being where it should be.
So i try to troubleshoot.
I start a new song and just play guitar...
Now nothing is lining up.
I missed with the buffer size switch in line6 but it made no difference.
This is the first time this has happened.
Anyone have a solution??????
