Our taxi company drove this woman to work almost every day, as well as picked up her kids from daycare... they were as sweet as two little girls could be . The news of this story has cast a dark cloud over our office . Everyone is completely shocked, as noone can believe that this seemingly coherrant woman, would one day completely lose it . The drivers that have picked up her kids from daycare are just sick over this, as am I .
It appears this world is even more ****** up than I had considered, and that wasn't to high up the scale to begin with . Dare I say 'what next' . **** .

Feb 06, 2007 08:09 pm Agreed, but really, these girls were simply precious . How can someone, a mother no less, find a place in their heart so dark as to take out thier own children in such a horrific manor .

Feb 06, 2007 08:27 pm well people on the road to rock bottom tend to not do things a lot of us would expect... if they did what we would expect then they'd probably cope like the rest of us.
I hate it when people take it out on their kids though.

my community college psych courses at work where:
She did apparently reach a point where killing her kids and going to prision was a viable solution. She nolonger has any responsibility. she will go though the rest of her life as a ward of the state. She'll probably live longer and have a higher quality of life now.
It's sort of like an extended 'suicide by police.' She isn't going to face death with any worldly stress... no kids to see after, no property, no working for subsistance, etc. She quit life and wants to 'just go away'.
atleast thats my uneducated guess..

I don't think I'll be able to deal with following this story, to find out some sympathetic jurry let her off because she's "legally" nuts . I don't think the rest of her family deserves her to live, either... although they may have more to do with this than we'll ever know .
