Jan 28, 2007 07:19 pm The was quite the experience. You can feel his presence in the room. It inspired me so much that I've written a song about him. Hopefully I'll have a rough mix to post soon.

Jan 28, 2007 09:01 pm The z-coil pickup (I think this is the one you are talking about) was one of Leo's latest. It is now in production on the G&L Commanche. He actually had several laid out on the workbench. He mounted them on small little "mousetrap" looking boards that were wired with a 1/4" jack. Pickups were his favorite thing to work on.
