WICHITA, Kan. - A Wichita man called 911 to report he was the victim of an armed robbery. The theft? A pound of marijuana worth about $1,100 that he had been trying to sell at his home.
The victim told police Thursday that a buyer had pulled out a sawed-off shotgun and stole the drugs.
Police brought in a drug-sniffing dog to the house and located more marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
The victim was booked into Sedgwick County jail on several charges, including possession with the intent to sell drug.
The thief has not been found.

judging by the price, it was some killer weed...or else a cops bad estimation of 'street value'.
Dec 12, 2006 11:54 am I knew this one cat that got shot in the face and arm with a .22 by a two hookers who were out to steal his kilo of blow . He locked them in the basement until the ambulance and cops arrived, and arrested everyone, including the dude . The odd part of the story is that the doctors never removed the bullet in his elbow, and it eventually worked itself out in the middle of his shift at work(20 years later)... over the radio system I hear the words "The bullet came out !" Kind'a freaked me out until I got the whole story .
