May 12, 2006 09:07 am i've done it, it used to be Ctrl D, but they did away with it. ah crap, i can't remember right now, and i didn't bring my laptop today, it's got fruity on it.
I can look later today and get back with you.
. . . in case someone else doesn't offer up an answer.

May 12, 2006 09:58 am Can't you use the standard windows keyboard shortcuts Ctrl+C to copy and Ctrl+V to paste? I'm pretty sure that at least the Edit menu has these functions available...like to cut or copy the whole pattern or just one channel.
May 12, 2006 10:20 am yeh im looking to copy the whole pattern onto the next pattern as far as the triggers.

May 12, 2006 11:02 am That's the problem. FL used to do that, with CTRL-D, but they took it out for version 4. Totally cheesed off the whole community (or at least most of it).
There's a solution, but I have to be tinkering with it to remember.
May 13, 2006 08:40 pm an i could really use the solution

May 16, 2006 09:08 am Sorry for the delay.
Open up the playlist window, and highlight the pattern you want to copy.
Either: click on the upper left most icon on the menu bar, click on pattern, then clone selected.
Or: hit Shift-Ctrl-C
This will put a identical pattern under the one you had selected.
I tested this in FL 4 (on my laptop, 6 is on my studio daw at home).
Hope that helps.
May 16, 2006 01:03 pm alright thanks a million leggs for all your help, this should get me moving along!

May 16, 2006 08:43 pm On my old version of Fruity it was ctrl-W to copy a whole pattern and the ctrl-v to paste.
