Stereo to 2 mono tracks?

ok i've got a drum sub mix that's a stereo track, and i need to split it into two seperate mono tracks....i have absolutely NO clue how to do this (cept copying it and panning one hard right and the other hard left, but even then, i'm not sure if that'll work)....i've got access to Sonar 3, Cubase SX 3, and Wavelab 4....

any ideas?

Hit it up in cubase SX 3, go to mixdown, and the go to something like 'Stereo Split' instead of 'Stereo Interleaved'.

Or if you import it into Sonar it will let you import it as 2 seperate mono track's. Cubase should allow the same thing I would hope.
