Dec 22, 2005 03:25 am Uhm, I'm not a pro by any meaning of the word, but it seems to me the vocals can be a little louder through most of the track, but jsut a little. And it seems to me that its not all entirely on beat? maybe im crazy? I think raiseing the vocals will make it much better. But I liek it a lot, its very well done, I like the panning and tone of the guitars. Nice amount of reverb on the vocals/back vocals.
Might want to think about giving the vocals another try. I think you can put more emotion into them.
I like it a lot though. Good job

Jan 14, 2006 06:25 am Hey man, I like the song. If it was downloadable I would put it my I pod.
I thinks it a pretty good mix aye. You might wanna turn those FL overheads down. I love the screaming lol. Agree the vox could come up in bits. I can't really hear the bass either? But that might just be my space quality. Good job on the FL drums, that must have taken ages with only exporting lol.
Cool song, good mix. Thumbs up.

Jan 14, 2006 07:37 pm Really, programming those drums in Fruity musta been a long proces. Very good indeed. Agree on the need to punch up the bass a little bit. As well I think if the guitars found their own spot in the mix that may bring out the bass in itself.
Very raw sounding track, I like it.
My honest critique here would be to spend some time working on your vocals though. There are some spots were they drift off key here and there. I know it is the emo feeling of the vocals that you are going for but work on thsoe spots were they drift outa key and you'll be set.
The tune was really good over all. Keep up the good work.
