I`m a newbie in Sonar, so :
Could you help me with using NI Battery with Sonar as a VST? One thing : How to make all Battery`s samples apper in Piano roll (or something similliar)? :)
BTW, if this was discussed already, sorry :) You can drop the link =)

I use Sonar 5 and Battery 2 myself, I just open battery as I would any other VSTi, then open a kit in Battery...once the kit loads, each pad in Battery has a latter/number on it, such as "C3", "D2" etc...that is the key in the piano role that will play that pad. Scroll up and down the piano roll to find the key.

If you want the drum names to appear in the piano keys themselves, go into the manual or online help for Sonar and look up "Drum Maps" or "Drum Mapping".

Hey CFH, nice handle there. And welcome to HRC as well. If you click into the help menu in Sonar it will give ya all the detail's for creating your own drum maps. Its not to hard at all, just time consuming.
