Hi,
how is everyone? I can`t believe summers already pretty much over! Geeze!...
Anyway, I`ve been listening to the new David Pajo album...and it`s just incredible. I was wondering how to make glitch beats and those sweeping kind of Bjork-esque, Boards of Canada beats, (if you`ve got the Pajo album ,it`s "High Lonesome Moan" I`m referring to). I really love those kind of textured sounds! A friend of mine told me the Emu xl-7 would do the job...does anyone have experience with this unit or know of any other units that would do the job better?
And what kind of sequencers do the pros use for glitch beats?! I`m desperate to crack this sound!
Well, sorry for the long and muddled question!
Take care and thanks in advance.
Alex
