Well, for everyone who told me to get the line 6, thanks. I just got the Flextone II Plus. I think I am going to be very happy with it after the test drive I took in the store, but I just got it home. I feel like a new father or something. I like it, but I gotta tell ya that I didn't like buying the foot controller. Its almost as much as the POD. But, if its really all I think it is then I am sure it worth it. My opinion now is never buy a Peavey, even when the price seems right. Well, just wanted everyone to know (I really do feel like a proud father) and say thanks to everyone who made their suggestions. Now all I have to do is learn how to play better, should be no problem. lol

May 14, 2002 02:47 am welcome to the club.. real musicians are always broke hehe.
remember the golden rule: there is no such thing as too much gear.
May 14, 2002 06:12 am and I don't suppose you bought it through musician's friend...oh, well ;)
May 14, 2002 01:07 pm Actually, in a way I did, just not through their website. "The Guitar enter" is the one who owns Musician's Friend. The thing is that when I got up there I wanted to play with it, you know, little kid type stuff, but they gave me a great deal. I got the foot controller for cost, some extra cables and a few other goodies. I know it supports the site, and I did think about that, but the guy was making me a good deal. Sorry, but I promise to supprt the site however else I can. I am going to be ordering some other stuff and I will use them for sure. And yes, I am getting used to the feeling of being broke. Now if I were only homeless too... :)

May 14, 2002 01:20 pm That's fine, I just wanted to make another plug for people to help support this community :-), just please, try to go to their website through on of the MF links on this website :-) hehehe
May 14, 2002 02:50 pm Does just going to their site through this site support it, or does only buying things from their site support it? Cuase I go there through this site every day, but I'm too poor to buy stuff.

May 14, 2002 02:53 pm no, only buying stuff through these links actually supports, but they know about the clicks too, it all comes around sometime :-)

May 14, 2002 11:39 pm Glad you went the Line 6 route. Which foot control did you get, I use the floor board and love it. You can just set up your preset's and click right through them. It's got a volume pedal and a pedal to control the Wah also.
