Depends on what you want to do... Heres what I'd do though,

Midi Keyboard to Proteus
MPC to Mixer (if it has analog outs?)
Mixer main outs to Audiophile ins

My first thought is why buy a piece of gear you don't know how to hook up?

Second thought is, do you have the audiophile installed in the eMachine? If not, that may be an issue, cuz some eMachine don't like to have hardware added to or removed from them, they are pretty moody computers.

After that, yeah, what Loki said is the way I would go, generally, though I would send the subouts of the mixer to the Audiophile ins and the main outs to your speakers.

yeah man, i think in the name of "teaching a man to fish instead of buyin' him a filet-o-fish from mcdonalds"

i'm gonna suggest you figure this one out on your own, signal routing is a very fundamental concept in recording, and if you wanna get good at it, this here excercise is a good first step....concentrate on the signal path, through any output, into any input, down channel strips, ect...bust out them manuals....may the schwartz be with you!

and if you do need help, we're here for ya

Bwahahahaha :-D

I agree though, it's something one needs to know, but it can be a mind screw as well, as these forums can well attest to, sometimes a gentle nudge in the right direction is extremely helpful, helping the rest to kind of fall into place.
