Cubase Help (Connecting PCI Card)

Hey there,

I recently bought a Delta 44 PCI Card. The card was installed properly and when connected to a mic does show signs of life. As Iam new to Cubase I am having a hard time trying to connect between the two:

In the devices setup menu the Delta ASIO Driver does show up, the 4 Ins and Outs do show up, in the VST connections I can link the buses to any of the ins and outs, but no data really does go through. (Iam Using Cubase SX3)

This is quite fustrating and I would be glad to know where I've gone wrong:)

THANKS
:)

Have you checked your Inputs panel in SX and enabled the inputs for use? Also, check your monitoring type. Are you able to record anything, or just not hear it while you record? I've got Cubase VST, so I'm not sure of the exact procedures for SX, but check your routing thru your interface, thru it's software mixer, to SX & back for monitoring.
