Ebay Fraud!!!

I was looking on ebay just now looking for preamps and i came across this:

This guy just took audacity, a completley free program and slapped a different name on it! Hes trying to sell it for ten bucks, but still. I just wanna tell ebay "Hey, that guys screwing people over, do something!" but at least there arent any bids on it.

Well, eBay just took it down. The same thing happened with the Kristal Audio Engine freeware multitracking app a while back.

Lame as hell.

His feedback has showed various people who have bought it. You can report it to Ebay. They usually suspend the user if it's truly fraud. If you contacted Audacity, they'd probably threaten legal battles against him. But maybe he bought Audacity and has all rights to it, and decided to put his own name on it. ?????

i use to buy, OOP CDS and i swear 2 out of 10 would end up being CDRs.
