ozone midi to sp303? will it work?

I am running my Vestax05 mixer to my PC Desktop Soundblaster card through a 1/8" plug. I am running my M-audio Ozone via USB through the desktop. I can utilize both turntables and Keyboard(reason) at same time, but I just recently bought a Boss SP303 Sampler and want to run this through the USB midi on the Ozone, so that i can sample sounds from computer, or even the turntables, or keys. The only connection right now from the sampler and the keyboard is the MIDI cable.. I'm thinking i need to get one more rca to 1/8" jack from SP303 to plug into a Y splitter to where my mixer is plugged into(soundcard) -- Is this the only thing i'm missing?.. or would this even work?

I am using Reason for about a year now, and have abelton 4 live, but have not even gotten into it yet..

I don't know if the sampler can run through the Ozone to sample from the computer??
