Do you have the line outs from the POD going to the line ins on the Delta.
Do you have the correct line ins selected in the track'(s) you are using int Cubase.
Or finally, are you using the USB connection? If so you must have USB 2.0 and then you need to make sure the drivers are installed, also make sure they are selected in Cubase, then they need to run in ASIO mode and it also must be selected just like any other audio input.
