The wife is tutering a young fellow and she has found a wonderfull web site full of cool quizes. Now...they came across one that is measuring weight in Pounds and Stones.

So next I wonder if there is any relationship between stones and pounds, like maybe something evenly divisible? Probably too much to hope for.

The poor lad was confused as all get out. As was I and my wife. Great web site however through the BBC. Realy cool quizes on all kinds of science related topics. Learned in a hurry what I don't know....besides the weight of a stone!

I have the inverse problem..I have zero concept of kilos etc. Pounds and ounces is what I work in or relative terms i.e. gez that bus is heavy like - heavy as my mother-in-law hehehehe!!!
