studio projects c1 vs. rode nt1

1. are they both really $200?
2. if so which is better?

stick with the rode. it's the sm58 of the home studio condenser.

I love the NT1. Bought two early on and use them a lot! Havn't used the C1. Therein lies the problem as far as advice.
