Question about an affordable Phantom power solution.

I've been looking for a Phantom power supply for my condenser mic, and since I'm on a very low budget right now, I'd like to know what your recommendations are for a very basic and affordable Phantom Power supply. The most inexpensive I've found so far has been the ART Phantom III, at roughly $40. It may seem very naive and silly to just be looking for the cheapest, most basic method, but I'm not really looking for a fancy preamp or anything, just a cheap way to supply Phantom power to my mic.

If there's any solutions under $40, I'd greatly appreciate any suggestions. Thanks for your time.

try ebay for a used behringer mixer. it may be possible to find one with phantom for less than 40 but for a few bucks more you'd have a few more features to play with.

actually, the art 3 is a bit cheaper on eay as well.

good luck in your search
