M-Audio Delta 10/10LT

For anyone doing any multi-track recording i highly suggest getting this card. Another fine product from M-Audio. However, i do have one question that i did not find much help on in the manual.

In the Hardware Tab in the M-audio control panel, there is an ASIO Option that states: Disable audio app use of Monitor Mixer and Patchbay/Router"

I'm not sure what this does exactly. However the box enabling this was checked when i noticed it and i find nothing changes when it is enabled or disabled.

Any know anything about this? I'm still learning how to configure this soundcard so i am sorry if this is a dumb question. thanks
