Oct 20, 2004 06:49 pm no i cant, im having the same problem lol
Oct 20, 2004 07:18 pm Ya, go buy the program legally, you do not have the dongle installed, the "dongle" is a piracy protection device that works into your parallel port or USB port or something...then the app won't start without it.
HRC stands firmly against piracy of any kind.
Oct 20, 2004 07:21 pm ya i had no idea lol, i said i would give a guy money to burn it for me, i didnt know he pirated it geez calm down
Oct 20, 2004 07:22 pm sorry bout that, but thanks for the info
Oct 20, 2004 07:23 pm ya. well...gay
Oct 20, 2004 07:51 pm What's "gay" is trying to steal something, pony up the money and buy it, people worked real hard on making this great software, they deserve the payback.
Oh, and I am calm, just letting you know the HRC stance on the subject before the topic gets off course. :)
Oct 20, 2004 08:31 pm ok sorry about that its just i thought he had the real 800$ version, well so he says
Oct 20, 2004 08:44 pm Well, he may very well have the $800 version, but that only comes with one dongle, and that dongle is on his PC, so that is why yours isn't working. Thats how they prevent piracy.
Oct 20, 2004 09:27 pm well now i know lol, I'll just use my already paid for adobe audition......
Oct 20, 2004 09:30 pm Wise decision if I do say so myself. Plus, Adobe Audition is something many people here use and really like.
Oh, and Welcome to HRC :)

Oct 20, 2004 09:37 pm Mr. Masters,
I know this isn't the best way to go about it but I need your help. Will you check out my last post on the "Help, No sound with Delta 44" thread. I am getting pretty frustrated. THe wife is about to take the computer away from me. :)
