Anywho, rap isn't really my thing, but this isn't too bad. It's actually musical in my ears. I like that guitar in the background. Sounds pretty well recorded too although it's somewhat hard to tell with such a lofi mp3.
This should fare well with alot of record execs and the majority of the general public. You could go far with it.

I listen to a lot of hip hop, and honestly, I have already heard a group out of SF called Bored Stiff use this beat a couple years ago (I think the song is called Jovante and Lala). You throw in some touches that they don't have, but overall to me, it's like it's already been done.
Apart from that, I would say the singing is kinda off, even though the idea is a good one. The rapping is a bit simplistic for my taste, but I can't knock the flow for what it is.
I also agree with Minkus that I would only do the chorus once the first time around time.
But don't let my comments get you down. Just trying to give you some constructive criticism. Keep on making your music, cuz that's what it's really about.
