I was wondering if there's anybody willing to burn me a CD from DAT. I sold my machine several years ago, but I recently came across one of my old masters. I'll give ya 20 bux. I was very adamant about cleaning the heads every 10 hours. I had an old analog clock plugged into the same power conditioner. That way it would keep the time while I was using the DAT and I knew when 10 hours was up. The tape itself has been stored in its case ever since then.

How long is the tape? I have a DAT but depending on length it'll cost more than 20 bucks...

It's a 4 song demo running 12:39. I located a buddy of mine at IU who says he can take care of it. Thanks anyway dB.

I'll do it. CD will be dual mode, 4 16 bit .wav files in a data CD project, and 4 CD audio tracks in a Music CD project on the CD.

DAT player that I have is Sony TCD-10 Pro II model, AES/EBU digital audio interface to RME Digi96 card.

No fancy trimming or mastering, simple DAT to CD copy.

You pay extra 3$ for shipping back to you.

Interested, e-mail me from my website:
