PC Cubase to Mac ProTools - compatible??

The studio I record with runs the latest pro tools setup. However, with the newest recordings I am doing, I have been recording all my tracks at home on Cubase (running on a high end PC). I just wanted to find out what kind of problems I may encounter in trying to export these tracks into the ProTools studio later.

I am not looking to export any effects, or settings, but only the raw recorded tracks.

Thanks in advance for any information.

you probably won't have any trouble if you just
export each idividual track as a wav cuz I assume protools can import wav files

What version of Cubase are you running? Does it save to OMF? That is fast becoming a standard file compression format to accomodate importing projects to differant applications.

Yes, it does save to OMF version 1 and 2. hopefully that will save time instead of exporting each track to wav.

What you won't get is any effects you have assigned to each track and that sort of thing...

Just FYI.
