On the cheap (or free) is there an app that will take a selected group of mp3's, and turn them into a standard Audio CD in an automated process?
Without going through the steps of reencoding the mp3's to wav, then burning the wavs to CD...just select the mp3's and BOOM, instant CD.
I am sure there is...

Jul 15, 2004 07:34 pm Sure enough, media player has cd ripping and burning capability. I think you can only rip to .wma, and the burning doesn't have much control (I could never find a way to take out the 2 sec. pause b/n tracks, for instance), but it does work and it produces good quality burns. Other apps do a better job, but everybody has this one :)
Jul 15, 2004 08:30 pm Yah, tuna uses Media Player 9 all the time for that. The latest update smoothed out all the bumps they had and it works awsome now. I might even start using it although Easy Coaster Dreater does it very well but that isnt free and Win Media Player is.
