I have an Alesis QS6.1 61 key synth and its out of tune belive it or not... its horrible i have to tape the pitch bend. any help?

make sure that transpose is set to 0. i believe it's under edit>global>page5 or one of the other pages

is the pitch wheel stuck or something?

or mayb dunno though but on my keyboard I can actually detune it not transposing by a whole or half step but in between those

but I don't know if that can be it cuz I don't know if that option is on yours...

hope you get some better help than mine

welp i fooled around the global edit things... and i came across something that said -37... and i thought that cant be right... so i put it to zero, and sure enough right in tune... so it must have been 37 cents flat thanks for your help guys appreciate it.
