I have been reading about this pre almost all day, and the specs are AMAZING!! It was designed by a tweakhead that used to work for Calrec and Neve. Im ordering it for a stand-alone vocal only box on Monday. The price is 499.99 us, and it has an amazing amount of features..... you owe it to your mics and gear to check it out. Read the reviews also, best I have seen.

Two of the reviews cut to the slam dunk by comparing it to a manley, and a Neve pre, which cost 10 and 15 times more, and it fared real good!!!! This thing sounds scary....

I talked several times to Warren at frontendaudio today, (yes ,Saturday, which was cool) and he uses 2 of them everyday he told me, and he LOVES them!! Frontendaudio is currently the only distributor in the US for this right now.

If you want to read about an hours worth of the design story, look for the "white paper" link on the site, whatever that means. The techy stuff made my head swim on some of it though........
