scratching noise?

Whenever I have my plugins active in Cubase, such as Amplitube, there is a weird scratching noise every few seconds. Does anyone know what this is?

May 22, 2004 12:04 am Hard to say. I guess the best place to start is ensuring your system is up to snuf. 7200 rpm drives? ASIO driver up to date? Background programs down to a minimum? RAM adaquate? Sounds like something in the pute is bogging down and getting behind.

May 23, 2004 10:16 pm sounds like you need to register your copy. i've heard of amplitude doing that when it is still in demo mode or if it's a cracked copy.
