acid data trnsfer into protools

I have been using acid 3.0 and soundblaster acid 4.0 on a laptop to record compositions on,as i have traveled alot over the last few years,but i recently settled down and had a custom desktop computer built .I also bought the protools M-box and a Korg Karma workstation for it. I would like to take some of the compositions from Acid and transfer the data into Protools so i can enhance them with real instrumentation,but i can't figure out how to transfer the data from Acid into Protools.I am more of a musician than a computer savvy expert.So any knowledge anyone might have on this subject would be greatly appreciated.
