flipcycle - flight19 - mixsession 1

ello, how's it going?

I've been really busy with work latley as I've gone full time at the record label I work for - not as much music production, and a bit too much design work, but it's paying the bills :)

Anyway, here's a mix of a new track that we've been working on last few weeks - this is after about 4-5hours mixing in one session, so there are bits that need serious attention (vocal reverb, drums in places, etc etc) - but I'd appreciate some general feedback at this stage if that's cool (and i thought some of you might want a listen :)

nice, jues! i think my favorite part is when the strings come in. but all the guitar riffs make me want to hop around. and i love that little descending keyboard/vibes/bell-like riff.

how much longer would you say this has to go before being done? it's interesting to see this stuff in its different stages.

Good stuff...

The bass is top notch in this song..I like your breaks where bass/drums take over...niceee!

Good guitar sound going on here as well...seems to fit the song/mood perfectly. I love the tone.

And, if this aint finished - man it'll be great when it's done!

New member here. I thought this was very cool. Singer has a great voice. Like the guitar sound and the changes throughout.

Yeah Jues tends to get all super-secret-spy about those mp3s. Gotta jump on them while they're hot!
