Oct 01, 2003 05:00 am Sound cards can be support by several driver type, M-Audio can use MME (yuk), WDM or ASIO, ASIO is generally the lowest latency and highest performance. If you are using Sonar 2.2 then it will let you use ASIO, USE THEM!

it says something about asio drivers or something.. i remeber db saying something about this when i bought my 2496 (which i am still keeping in the computer) im using sonar right now.. does that have to do with my driver.. im really lost. i just need the best possible sounds i am able to get. HEEEELLLP
