So, this is a weird little issue...I was in a pawn shop (an admitted weakness of mine) and I saw a Zoom 506 Bass Pedal in the box, great condition, with power adapter for $15...after rapping with a dude working there that I know, I got it for $10...man, $10, so I bought it...

Fast forward, I get home, pull out my daughters little Crate practice amp and my bass...no sound...bah, epic fail...after playing with cords, instruments and all that, something weird...it seems to work with guitar but not bass...all cables are good based on other testing, I even figured I burnt my battery on the electronics on the bass (waiting for the active/passive debate to start) that wasn't it.

Anyone ever seen this? Frequency differences making things work or not?

knowing you, this is prolly a dumb question, but is the bass ya used working?....just my first instinct.

Funny, it was my first thought too, but yeah, it's working. I did replace the active electronics battery, but found I didn't need to, it works through Line 6 and reaper...
