Not to get political, but this song always gets in my head during election cycles, and I LOVE the song, and the message holds true.

Oct 31, 2012 03:40 pm This song rules. I've never seen the band performing it....they look.......rediculous! lol.
Definitely a look that got the fate it deserved.
Those guys can really kill it tho.
Oct 31, 2012 03:41 pm Their looks was very much in the era they were, they were a great band, and Vernon Reid is a great guitarist, I wish they would have stuck around longer, they made some good tunes.

Nov 04, 2012 01:57 am Man, I laughed at this one for sure (same reasons as quickxkid). But I hear where you're coming from dB.
Edit: We haven't had a good political discussion here in some time. It's probably a good thing though ha ha ha.

Nov 04, 2012 02:56 am I know whatcha mean. We just ate at a mexican joint called El Cactus (decent food) and they were playing a number of dance/pop tunes. Each one that started I thought had a hook that could be useable for something like "Moves Like Jagger" And lo, the sixth song that started playing was "Moves Like Jagger" Hahaha!
Decent song if a bit overplayed right now. The first time I heard it, it was a remix by a "Yogscast" member on youtube called "Screw the Nether" (minecraft reference)
It's damn funny to watch if you're into Minecraft though, haha!
Ah crap, wrong thread!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Meant to put this in the Mix Critiques thread. DOH! That will teach me to post something after having...ah...right, moving on.

Nov 08, 2012 08:51 am I saw them open for the Stones in Detroit back in late 80s early 90s. I remember a lot of energy. A lot!
