Fruity Loops to Sonar Homestudio

I am really trying to input this file from Fruity Loops to input to my Sonar Home Studio program. I made some strings for my song I have recorded on Homestudio but I have no idea how I can lay the track down on homestudio from fruity loops. This is probably confusing, because I am confused myself. I read about "rewiring" but that just lets me use both programs at the same time with interfering, correct? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
